Candidate for Mayor for a Day 2018

I am a 12 year resident of Englewood, originally from New England, RI and MA. I was employed with the same company form 30 years which speaks to my loyalty. I am always willing to lend a hand to those around me, which often takes the shape of a volunteer position. I selflessly dedicated my time to good causes. When I moved to Florida in 2006, I volunteered as Meals on Wheels. My more recent volunteer activities included cooking breakfast on Sundays at FOE 3885 and worked in the kitchen at Englewood Community Hospital. My family consists of my spouse, 2 and 4 legged kids and many dear friends. The activities I enjoy most are cooking, electronic puzzles and family time. I recently rescued a Pitbull mix to join my 13 year old shitzu Henry and a cockatiel bird named Spike. I think of myself as a kind hearted, fun loving woman and would love to be Mayor for a Day!
